What it costs
A plan belongs to a space: its address, its apps and their data, and everyone in it. Each space is free or on a paid plan. The free plan includes five apps in each space, up to five spaces. The Plus plan costs $9 a month for one space and includes unlimited apps and higher usage limits. The Organization plan costs $49 a month for one space and is made for a township, church or club: your staff ask for changes, and an assistant makes them. Members are free on every plan.

Selling things
Accept payments on the Plus plan or the Organization plan. Connect your Stripe account to receive payments and manage refunds and disputes.
We take 1% of each sale. Stripe also charges its own processing fees. Selling terms.
Usage limits
- Visitors are never capped.
- Your apps are served to however many people come, on every plan. Usage is estimated from Cloudflare analytics and checked hourly; when a month passes 50,000 request units on the free plan or 1,000,000 on the Plus plan, your assistant is told, and nothing stops.
- Visitors who are not signed in have a per-minute rate.
- Anyone not signed in can make up to 300 requests a minute for an app's data from one place, and past that is asked to wait a minute. You and the people in your space are not counted.
- Your assistant receives an early warning.
- When usage reaches 80% of a limit, your assistant receives a notice with its next reply.
- Existing apps and data are not deleted.
- On the free plan, creating a sixth app, storing more than 1 GB, or sending a 101st monthly email is blocked. Existing apps and data remain available.
- Visitors to an open app keep a visitor's pace.
- On an app anyone can add to, each visitor may send 30 changes a minute, 16 KB at a time, and upload files of up to 2 MB. A visitor changes only what they added. You and your editors are not held to these limits.
- Each space has its own plan.
- You upgrade, change or cancel a space's plan from that space, and what one space uses never counts against another. Each space has its own monthly budget for models and voice: $0.20 on the free plan, $3.00 on the Plus plan and $15.00 on the Organization plan. A free space has 5 built-in builds and 1 build hour a month, and a paid space 100 and 10 hours. You can own five free spaces. A space someone invited you into never counts toward yours.
- Letters written to you always arrive.
- The email limit stops outgoing mail only. Incoming mail to your apps is still delivered. The count resets on the first day of each month.
- Invitations are free.
- Invite as many people as you like, on any plan. Invitations don't count toward the month's emails. You can send up to 50 an hour.
- Cancel at any time.
- A paid plan stays active through the paid month. Your space then returns to the free plan. New payments stop; existing apps and data remain available.
